Unless different specified, all our items are brand new, in perfect condition, exactly as received from the mint, flawless.
Not all coins come with COA or with Box (in case the mint doesn't make it).
If available or not, it is clearly specified in the specifications and if box is available is usually shown in pictures too. With Box we mean also a presentation card, a folder, a frame etc. It simply means that coin doesn't come only in air tight capsule.
Sorry, we have many coins, and we pick yours after payment is received.
We can’t search for particular or low serial numbers or lucky numbers containing "8" etc.
We use only official catalog pictures, if you want to see how a coin looks please follow us on our social networks where we show actual coin pictures and videos with lot of details.

SECURITY

We use SSL encryption (https://) for customer account identification and order processing. This means that your personal data and payment information are always 100% protected.

SHIPPING

It depends by what kind of shipment you choose, from 1 day to a couple of weeks.
Please note that, because of security precautions, delivery of International Registered Mail may take up to 4 weeks depending on the country of destination.
For faster delivery (1-3 days) please choose shipping by DHL Courier.
We ship our items from Rome, Italy.
We use the courier "Spring Global Mail" (world leader in the provision of international mail services to businesses) and parcels are collected and forwarded from Netherlands.
So you can see labels on parcel or tracking info indicating NL, but it's only a transit location, it is perfectly normal.
We offer two shipping solutions and cost is flat regardless number of items:
- Registered Air Mail with Tracking Number (8.90 euro for Europe and 9.90 euro for the rest of the world). This solution becomes Free Shipping for orders above 200 euro.
- DHL Express Shipping with Tracking Number (19.90 euro for Europe, 29.90 euro for America and 39.90 for Asia and Oceania). This solution becomes Free Expedited Shipping for orders above 350 euro.
Check your order details, there you can find the tracking number to track the parcel. Just click on tracking number and you will see information when available.
You can also check shipping status in YOUR COUNTRY post office site AFTER the parcel enters your country.

Yes, and shipping cost remains low and flat.
We strive to help in case something goes wrong. We will do our best to locate a delayed or missing parcel and in case after a reasonable time we are not able to locate it, we will re-ship your items at no cost for you, no questions asked.

PAYMENT

All accepted payments will be displayed at checkout. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, common Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), Bank Transfers and also other local payment methods used in some countries.
Our primary currency is EURO, its symbol is €, but you can display prices and make payments also in US Dollars, its symbol is $, or in British Pounds, its symbol is £. You can convert the prices to any other currency online, for example here: http://www.xe.com but consider that the actual charged amount depends by the exchange rate and fees applied by your bank or credit card issuer.

LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty points are rewards you receive on each order you make.
You collect points to convert them into a voucher you can use on your next purchase on any coin of the store.
After you sign in your account, you'll find the "my rewards account" section where you'll be able to check your available points and convert them into vouchers.
Points are granted once your payment has been confirmed.
