Unless it's not specified all our coins are new, without defects and under good conditions.

Whether the coin comes with COA and Box or not, it is clearly stated on the product page. Please note that the Box might be a case, a folder, a blister, a frame, etc.

What is the COA number? Can I choose the serial number of the coin?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the serial number of the coin and/or the COA number. Moreover, we cannot search for a low serial number or lucky numbers containing “8” etc.

We receive many orders and strive to dispatch them as soon as possible. Opening all boxes to look for a specific coin number would slow down the shipment process and cause delays for all our customers.

Can I see a real picture of the item?

On the website, we use only official pictures provided by mints. If you want to see more pictures and videos of the items, follow us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Are the coins graded?

Unless otherwise specified, coins sold on our website are not graded. All graded coins come in a slab, as shown on the product page.

Can I have a discount?

We love to pamper our customers! For this reason, we are proud to offer a Loyalty Reward Program that allows you to earn points and convert them into a discount on your next order!

Is your website secure? Can I buy with confidence?

We use SSL encryption (https://) on our website, including customer account identification and order processing. This means that your personal data and payment information are always 100% protected.

SHIPPING

How long until my order arrives?

Orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Rome (Italy) within one business day*. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days with express shipping, depending on where you live. The estimated timeframe of arrival for orders shipped with postal shipping is within 11-22 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that this is an estimation and actual times may vary, also subject to customs clearence.

*For items on pre-sale, orders are promptly dispatched as soon as the purchased item becomes available.

Where do you ship from?

We ship our orders from Rome, Italy. All Express Courier shipments (UPS, DHL…) depart from Rome and are sent directly to your address. All Postal Service shipments (Registered Mail) are provided by "Spring Global Mail" (world leader in the provision of international mail services to businesses), that collect parcels and forward them to the Netherlands, where they are afterwards sent to the country of destination. If the label on your parcel indicates “NL”, don’t worry! It's only a transit location.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, no country excluded!

What are your shipping fees?

Power Coin offers free postal shipping for orders above 200€ and free express shipping for orders above 350€. For other orders, please see the following chart:

How do I track my package?

Power Coin will send you an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order is shipped.

Can I combine two or more orders in a single parcel?

Yes, you can combine your orders for shipping at no extra cost for the purpose of keeping track and receiving only one parcel. However, please be aware that each order is still subject to its own shipping fee unless it individually meets the free shipping threshold of 200€. Modifying an existing order to add items and qualify for free shipping is not permitted once the order has been placed and paid for. It's important to note that even when orders are shipped together (combined), they are treated separately in terms of shipping fees. For instance, if one of your orders is above 200€ and qualifies for free shipping, this does not extend free shipping to another combined order that is below the 200€ threshold.

Can I split an order?

You can split an order into multiple shipments if desired. Each order typically includes a shipping cost, or free shipping if it qualifies. To receive your order in two or more parts, you will need to purchase additional shipping. Regardless of the initial order value, additional shipping is never free. For example, if your total order is 1000.00 euros and you split it into five parts, the first shipment is free because the order exceeds 200.00 euros, but the four additional shipments will incur shipping costs.

Please note, each time an order is shipped, all coins available in other ongoing orders will be grouped and sent together with the current shipment.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Your package is guaranteed by Power Coin. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, Power Coin will resend your order (subject to availability). If the lost item is no longer available, Power Coin will issue a voucher of the same amount of the order. Buy with confidence and peace of mind!

PAYMENT

What kind of payments do you accept?

All accepted payments are displayed at checkout. We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners), Bank Transfers and other local payment methods used in some countries (Klarna, Sofort, Giropay, iDeal etc.). We also accept many Crypto currencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin etc.).

What currencies do you accept?

Our primary currency is EURO (€), however you can also make payments in US Dollars ($), in British Pounds (£) or in Russian Rubles (₽). You can change currency on the top right corner of the Homepage. If you need to convert the price to any other currency, you can use an online currency converter, like this one. Please keep in mind that the actual amount charged depends on the exchange rate of the day and fees applied by your bank or credit card issuer.

LOYALTY POINTS

What are Loyalty Points?

For every order placed on our website, Power Coin rewards you with Loyalty Points up to a maximum of 1000 points per order.

How does your Loyalty Program work?

For every order placed on our website, Power Coin rewards you with loyalty points up to a maximum of 1000 points per order. Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. The voucher generated is valid for seven days, hence make sure to convert your loyalty points when you are ready to place a new order. Expired points and/or vouchers cannot be reinstated. When an order is canceled, loyalty points earned and/or used with it will also be canceled, without the possibility of reinstatement. Loyalty points are not combinable with other discount codes - but are still applicable to already discounted coins (for example coins on promotion).

Where do I find my points and vouchers?

After you sign in your account, you'll find the "my rewards account" section where you'll be able to check your available points and convert them into vouchers.

I placed an order but did not receive Loyalty Points, why is that?

Points are granted once your payment has been confirmed.

Do Loyalty Points expire?

Yes, Loyalty points expire after 180 days after the generation.

I converted my points into a discount voucher. When will it expire?

The discount voucher is valid for 1 week.
