The reverse of the coin depicts the RNLI flag surrounded by a lifebuoy and the inscritions: "200 YEARS" and "1824-2024" - the Anniversary. This design commemorates the 200th anniversary of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, marking two centuries of life-saving work and dedication to maritime safety. The RNLI has a long and storied history of saving lives at sea, and this special coin design celebrates their legacy and ongoing mission to protect those who venture out onto the water. The obverse of the coin features the Effigy of His Majesty King Charles III and the inscriptions: "CHARLES III" – the name of the King, "D·G·REX·F·D" – the Latin acronym that stands for: Dei Gratia Rex Fidei Defensor, "50 PENCE" – the face value and "2024" – the year of issue.

How does the Loyalty Program work?
