Description

The reverse of the coin, by the designer Jonathan Gray, features the picturesque Church of the Good Shepherd at Lake Tekapo where the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve is located. In the top of the coin, the inscription: "SOUTHERN LIGHTS AURORA AUSTRALIS" – the name of the coin and on the bottom, the inscription: "$1" – the face value. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On the left, the inscription: "NEW ZEALAND" - the issue country and on the right, the inscription: "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen. On the bottom, the inscription: "2017" - the issue year.

How do I track my package?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.

When ordering a pre-sale product, you commit together with Power Coin to the total order quantity placed with the producing Mint, therefore all canceled pre-sale orders will be charged with a 5% cancellation fee.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

For every order placed on our website, Power Coin rewards you with loyalty points up to a maximum of 1000 points per order. Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. The voucher generated is valid for seven days, hence make sure to convert your loyalty points when you are ready to place a new order. Expired points and/or vouchers cannot be reinstated.
