The reverse of the coin features a frightening Tyrannosaurus Rex set against a suggestive backdrop of its prehistoric habitat, caught in a thunderous roar, searching for its next prey. To complete the whole scene, the inscription: "TYRANNOSAURUS REX" - the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin features a cracked egg and through it, a creeping eye, murderously staring at the observer. All around the obverse, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" - the issuing country, "2 OZ" - the weight of the coin, "Ag 999" - the fineness of Silver, "2000 FRANCS CFA" - the face value, and "2024" - the year of issue.
