KNIGHTS TEMPLAR Knightly Orders Jacques De Molay Silver Medal 2023

The reverse of the medal features a Knight of the Templar Order. These knights were known for their bravery, loyalty, and fierce dedication to protecting Christian pilgrims traveling to the Holy Land. On the obverse of the medal, the representation of Jacques De Molay, considered the last Grand Master of the Knights Templar. He was executed on March 18, 1314, by burning at the stake. In fact, on the obverse, also the inscriptions: "POSLEDNÍ VELMISTR JACQUES DE MOLAY" - meaning "Last Great Master Jacques De Molay" and "PARIZ 1314" - the date and place of the execution.
