CHE GUEVARA Cult of personality Silver Medal 2023

The reverse of the medal features the iconic portrait of Ernesto Che Guevara, Argentine doctor who, along with Fidel Castro, fought for the overthrow of Cuban dictator Batista. On the reverse, the inscriptions: "CHE GUEVARA" - the name of the revolutionary and "1928 ARGENTINA 1967 BOLIVIA" – the year and country of Che Guevara's birth and death. On the of the obverse the Cuban flag with the inscription: "REVOLUCE MUSÍ BYT NENÁVIST A ZABÍJENÍ" – Czech phrase meaning "REVOLUTION MUST BE HATRED AND KILLING".
