A new minting technique called "Bi-Metal Max" was applied to give this piece its remarkable weight while keeping its proportions true to the actual painting. This is made possible by combining 33.5 Oz of Copper as a base with a top layer of 2 Oz of pure Silver, resulting in a beautiful High Relief. The reverse of the coin depicts a beautiful masterpiece by Vincent Van Gogh: Almond Blossom. The obverse presents an original design depicting a portrait of the artist himself and the theme of this collectible, Almond Blossoms, in a currency note style, featuring the Coat of Arms of Chad and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" – the issuing country, "10000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value and "2022" – the year of issue. All around, a beautiful frame.
