The reverse of the coin represents the Bison, also known as American buffalo, are large herbivorous mammals native to North America. They can weigh up to 2.000 pounds and stand over six feet tall at the shoulder. Bison have thick, shaggy fur that helps them to survive in cold climates, as well as a hump on their shoulders that is made of muscle and helps support their massive heads. On the reverse, also the inscriptions: "CANADA" - the issuing country, "2024" - the year of issue and "30 DOLLARS" - the face value.
