The reverse of the coin features a very detailed design of the oldest world's rainforest. Daintree's most famous fauna are all represented - from the enormous Saltwater Crocodile, Amethystine Python & Cassowary, to the Green Tree Frog, Hercules Moth and Azure Kingfisher. On the reverse, the inscriptions: "DAINTREE" – the name of the coin and "WORLD'S OLDEST RAINFOREST". The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen, "NIUE" - the country of issue, "TEN DOLLARS" - the face value, "2022" - the year of issue and "5 Oz 999 SILVER" – the fineness of the Silver and the weight of the coin.
