The reverse of the coin depicts the beautiful Princess Diana a crown on her head with a real diamonds inserted. On the left of the reverse, the inscriptions: "PRINCESS OF WALES" - the title of Lady Diana, "1961 – 1997" - the date of birth and death of the princess and on the top right "5 Oz 999 Ag" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II surrounded by flower and the inscriptions: "FORGET-ME-NOT" – the name of the flower, "ELIZABETH II" the name of the Queen, "NIUE" – the issue country, "2021" – the year of issue, and "10 DOLLARS" – the face value.
