Description

The reverse of the coin depicts the animals of Chinese Lunar Calendar. Every animal has been individually created by an artist in great detail and with much passion. On the bottom of the reverse the inscription "LUNAR CALENDAR" – the name of the coin. On the top of the reverse the inscriptions: "888G .999AG" the purity of the Silver and the weight of the coin. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "SAMOA" – the issuing country and "25 DOLLARS" – the face value.
