The reverse of the coin has a geometric pattern where the Golden Ratio is repeated as a scheme, symbolizing the idea that this mystical principle rules all the phenomena of the cosmos. The structure of the geometric pattern is divided in four sections resembling a helix. On the reverse, the inscription: "MAGNUM OPUS" - the name of the coin and "1.61803399" - the actual value of the golden ratio. The obverse of the coin has a beatiful pattern on the background, and the effigy of King Charles III in its center.
