This reverse of the coin depicts a cute Rabbit wearing a dress with hearts and an Elizabethan collar. The animal is Gold plated, it is holding a parchment with one hand and is playing the trumpet with the other hand. In the background, a clock. All around the rim, an intricate pattern with hearts and floral elements and the inscriptions: "YEAR OF THE RABBIT" – the name of the coin and "2023" – the year of issue. The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Cameroon and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" – the country of issue, "2023" – the year of issue and "500 FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
