CHINA Imperial Art Agate 2 Oz Silver Coin 2$ Niue 2016

The reverse of the coin features two of the most well-known Chinese structures. In the foreground the Forbidden City and behind it, the Temple of Heaven. In the background, The Great Wall of China, a series of fortifications made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood, and other materials. At the centre of the coin's reverse, an Agata insert. On the bottom of the coin, the inscription: "China" - the name of the coin. The coin's obverse features a magnificent view of the extraordinary Chinese architecture with a bronze statue of Confucio, a Chinese teacher, editor, politician, and philosopher of the Spring and Autumn period of Chinese history and the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. In the top of the coin, the inscription: "2 DOLLARS" - the face value, while on the bottom of the coin, enclosed in beautiful decorations, the inscriptions: "Elizabeth II" - the name of the Queen, "Niue" - the issue country, "2016" - the issue date and "Ag999" - the Silver fineness. The Agata insert is visible also in the coin's obverse.
