The reverse of the coin features a wonderful image of Una and the Lion. Una wears an elegant long dress moved by the wind and is holding a flag. At her right, the Lion. Both Una and the Lion are Gold plated, along with the rim of the coin. In the background, a floral pattern in Relief. All around, the inscriptions: "UNA AND THE LION" – the name of the coin, "1OZ 999 AG" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver and "2022" – the year of issue. Each coin is individually numbered. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "D-G-REGINA", "ST. HELENA" – the country of issue and "1 POUNDS" – the face value.
