Description

The reverse of the coin shows a sensual representation of Flora and Zephyr: They are often associated with the arrival of springtime and the blooming of flowers and, in fact, they are the allegory of romantic love. According to mythology, Zephyr fell in love with Flora at first sight. He was so captivated by her beauty that he swept her off her feet and carried her away to his palace in the clouds. The obverse of the coin depicts the Effigy of William-Adolphe Bouguereau, the author of the painting to which the coin is inspired, with the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" – the issuing country, "2000 FRANCS CFA 2023" – the face value with the year of issue.

How does the Loyalty Program work?
