The reverse of each coin shows a verse of the famous Christmas song "Twelve Days of Christmas". There are 12 coins in total, representing: a Partridge in a Pear Tree, 2 Turtle Doves, 3 French Hens, 4 Calling Birds, 5 Gold Rings, 6 Geese A-Laying, 7 Swans A-Swimming, 8 Maids A Milking, 9 Ladies Dancing, 10 Lords A-Leaping, 11 Pipers Piping, 12 Drummers Drumming. The design is completed by a medal at the center of the puzzle. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" – the country of issue, "2024" - the year of issue, "100 FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
