The reverse of the coin depicts an imperial Parade of an emperor of the Qin Dynasty. The main achievement of the Qin was unifying China and creating the first dynasty ruled by the first emperor. At the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: "QIN DYNASTY" – the name of the coin. The 2 Oz Silver coin is struck in a new minting technique that combines 11.5 Oz of Copper in between two layers of Fine Silver, resulting in super ultra-High Relief. The obverse of the coin depicts a Qin Emperor. All around, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" – the issuing country,"2021" – the year of issue and "10000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
