AO SHUN Black Dragon Kings 2 Oz Silver Coin 10000 Francs Chad 2021

The reverse of the coin features the Black Dragon. Associated with the elements of winter and water, Ao Shun is illustrated rising magnificently from the sea towards the sky, following the direction of the North. The horizon separating the sea and sky stretches across and beneath him, with deep indentations on an Ultra-High Relief to give it an exceptional 3D effect. The highlight of this piece is a translucent black Enamel that was specially chosen to be applied to the water, reflecting Ao Shun's revered status as the Black Dragon who commands the element. The 2 Oz Silver coin is struck in a new minting technique that combines 11.5 Oz of Copper in between two layers of fine Silver, resulting in super ultra-High Relief while being tapped off with Silver Antique Finishing. The technique allows the coin to have an incredible weight and feel in the hand together with 80 mm diameter size. On the obverse, the inscription: "AO SHUN DRAGON KING OF THE FOUR SEAS" – the name of the coin and the dragon. The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of Tchad and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" – the issuing country, "10000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value and "2021" – the year of issue.
