The reverse of the coin features the wonderful and coloured image of the painting Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci. All around of the reverse, elegant details with 10 pcs of diamonds as inserts. On the right side of the reverse, the inscription: "1OZ AG 0.999" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver. On the left side of the reverse, the inscription: "2018" – the issue year. On the tip of the reverse, the inscription: "MONA LISA" – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "5 CEDIS" – the face value, "REPUBLIC OF GHANA" – the issuing country.
