The reverse of the coin depicts the Imperia Crown of Russia over a background image of a beautiful palace. To emphasize the importance of the Crown, beautiful diamonds shine through the middle of the coin to give that sense of luxury. On top of the reverse, the inscriptions: "Большая Императорская Корона" – the name of the coin in Russian and "Алмаз" – diamond in Russian. On the bottom, the inscription: "2017" – the year of issue. The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Cameroon and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" – the issuing country and "1500 FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
