What does “pre-order” mean?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

For every order placed on our website, Power Coin rewards you with loyalty points up to a maximum of 1000 points per order. Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. The voucher generated is valid for seven days, hence make sure to convert your loyalty points when you are ready to place a new order. Expired points and/or vouchers cannot be reinstated.
