Description

The reverse of the coin by First Nations Kwakwaka'wakw and Tlingit artist Corrine Hunt unites a loon, a salmon and a canoe in a promise of life and travel across this great land. The glimmering salmon hologram immediately captures the eye, while the distinctive profile of the loon dominates the centre of the coin, wrapped between the salmon and the canoe that curves along the lower portion of the coin. In the background, water and trees complete the scene. On top of the reverse, the inscriptions: "CANADA" – the issuing country and "2017" – the year of issue. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "D·G·REGINA" – Dei Gratia Regina and "20 DOLLARS" – the face value.

How does the Loyalty Program work?
