The reverse of the coin features magnificent Ultra-High Relief strike of the volcano provides a dramatic background for the flowing lava, whilst hot gasses and ash shoot into the air above giving the design a distinct feeling of movement. The layered tableau truly captures the violence of an eruption with vibrant orange and red colours masterfully rendered through special digital colour application. A lacquer finish on the molten lava achieves a natural hot and glossy. On the reverse, the inscription: "FORCES OF NATURE" – the name of the series.
