Description

This coin set features the three coins issued as part of the Discover New Zealand series, a stream of commemorative coins showcasing New Zealand's unique natural beauty. The coins in the series are united by a specially designed "kaitiaki", or guardian, that sits at the base of each coin. The coins depict: a tūī feeding from harakeke, a beautiful illustration of Aoraki Mount Cook and collection of kōwhai flowers and leaves. The obverse of each coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "NEW ZEALAND" – the issuing country, ".999 Ag 1 Oz" – the fineness of the Silver and the weight of the coin, "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen and "2021" – the year of issue.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days with express shipping, depending on where you live. The estimated timeframe of arrival for orders shipped with postal shipping is within 11-22 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that this is an estimation and actual times may vary, also subject to customs clearence.

How do I track my package?

Power Coin will send you an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order is shipped.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Your package is guaranteed by Power Coin. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, Power Coin will resend your order (subject to availability). If the lost item is no longer available, Power Coin will issue a voucher of the same amount of the order. Buy with confidence and peace of mind!

What does “pre-order” mean?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.

When ordering a pre-sale product, you commit together with Power Coin to the total order quantity placed with the producing Mint, therefore all canceled pre-sale orders will be charged with a 5% cancellation fee.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

For every order placed on our website, Power Coin rewards you with loyalty points up to a maximum of 1000 points per order. Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. The voucher generated is valid for seven days, hence make sure to convert your loyalty points when you are ready to place a new order. Expired points and/or vouchers cannot be reinstated. If you cancel an order, loyalty points earned and/or used with it will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
