The reverse of the coin shows an Egyptian burial ceremony. In the front there is a traditional Egyptian procession where the deceased is carried to its resting place. There are tombs, rows of statues and pyramids in the background and colorful hieroglyphs and images on the walls. The obverse depicts is God Anubis, who weights the hearts against a feather to decide if the deceased may pass. At the center, a boat with God Ra, that brings the deceased over a river to the after world. The design incorporates the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" - the issuing country, "2022" - the year of issue and "10 DOLLARS" - the face value.
