Orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Rome (Italy) within one business day*. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days with express shipping, depending on where you live. The estimated timeframe of arrival for orders shipped with postal shipping is within 11-22 business days, depending on where you live. Please note that this is an estimation and actual times may vary, also subject to customs clearence.

How do I track my package?

Power Coin will send you an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order is shipped.

What happens if my package gets lost?

What does “pre-order” mean?

Items on “pre-order” are coins that are not in stock at the moment of purchase. The estimated availability date is indicated on the product page and may change for reasons beyond our control. Payments of pre-orders are due at checkout to ensure the best price and a prompt shipment of the order as soon as the coin is in stock.

How does the Loyalty Program work?

Loyalty points are valid on your account for six months since order date and can be converted into a voucher. The voucher generated is valid for seven days, hence make sure to convert your loyalty points when you are ready to place a new order. Expired points and/or vouchers cannot be reinstated. If you cancel an order, loyalty points earned and/or used with it will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
