The reason for the name Peaky Blinder was that the gang would stitch razor blades into the peaks of their hats, which could be used as weapons The coin is razor blade shaped, and the reverse depicts the typical acts of violence of this english gang, a daily occurrence for this group. The coin features the "Bi-Metal Max" tecnique, possible by combining 2.5 oz of copper as a base with a top layer of 1 oz of 999 fine Silver, resulting in a super high relief topped with silver antiqued finishing. The obverse features the Coat of Arms of Chad and the inscriptions: "BY ORDER OF THE REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD" – the country of issue, "YEAR 2023" – the year of issue, "5000 FRANCS CFA" – the face value.
