Praga E-51
In the late 1930 's the Czechoslovak air force decided to replace their aging reconnaissance aircraft. The solution should be a modern E-51. Aircraft had mixed construction of wood and metal. The cover was a plywood and dural sheets. The prototype was completed in lete 1937. It first flew on 26.5. 1938. The original plan for serial production with retractable landing gear and more powerfull engine Gnome et Rhone 14M Mars with 570 kW (licensed manufactured by Walter). After the occupation of Czechoslovakia acquired the machine by the Germans. They tested it, but recommend mass production. The reason was similar and own Fw 189.

The coin is dominated by a splendid full and vivid colour design portraying the airplane and the name of the series "History of Aviation". The unique design highlights the particular landscape and dynamics of the plane that seems to come out of the coin and continue his journey. A stylized plane and the instrumentation style around the coin complete the elegant design. On the back is depicted the year of issue, the nominal value and the coat of arms of the Republic of Burundi.
