CALIFORNIA Gold Rush Nuggets 1 Oz Silver Coin 5$ Niue 2016

The reverse of this coin depicts a man who makes a new discovery of a piece of gold, near the river, in California, 1848. In the center of the coin, a transparent capsule, with a gold leaf 24kt. This capsule with the insert, can be seen also on the obverse face. On the top of the coin, the inscription: "California Gold Rush 1848" – the name of the coin. The coin's obverse depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "Niue" – the issue country, "2016" – the issue year, "5 Dollars" - the face value and "1 Oz 999 Silver" – the weight and the fineness of Silver, and the same capsule with the gold insert, on the top of the obverse.
