Payment

Payment must be received within one week from the order confirmation, after that the sale will be cancelled and the user account will be suspended.
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Wire transfer
• PayPal

These are the safest and quickest way to pay online.
A mail with detailed information will be sent after the confirmation of order.

Shipping

After payment is received, we ship the products within three business days, Monday to Friday, via Registered Air Mail. The products in pre-sale will be shipped when available, the foreseen availability date may change for reasons beyond our control.
All our parcels are very carefully packaged in a very secure manner to resist crushing.
For International (outside EU) orders the payment of taxes and custom charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the receiver once the goods arrive at the destination country.
A full delivery address and precise postcode must be provided for all deliveries.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase Power Coin will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date, provided it is unused and packaged in its original perfect state.
To expedite this procedure, it's important to follow the instructions listed below:

• Inform Power Coin of your intention to return by e-mail or ordinary mail including the "item identifier" of your particular article;
• Wait for our written confirmation;
• Use the same carrier that made your original delivery, covering all shipping and insurance fees;
• Forward the package only to "Power Coin";
• After having received the merchandise and inspecting it for good condition, Power Coin will refund the customer. Refund will not include shipping charges as well as any associated cost (i.e. customs fees for reimporting if shipped from outside EU) and will be issued as a voucher for future purchases on this website, valid 1 year.
• The return will be charged with 15% restocking fees.

In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty Power Coin will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection.
